Ebike Service Policy

Bike Peddler staff is authorized and trained to perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs on Specialized, Santa Cruz and Super73 brand ebikes, as well as Shimano and Bosh ebike systems.
We are able to perform mechanical diagnostics and repair on most Class 1, 2, or 3 eBikes. This includes tires and inner tubes, brakes, drivetrain, etc.
We cannot perform electrical diagnostics on some eBike models that are not sold by Bike Peddler. If you have a Class 1, 2, or 3 eBike and the manufacturer has supplied you with the necessary electrical components needed to resolve an electrical issue with your eBike, we can install these parts for you.

In-Store Pickup:

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call, text or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Canceled Orders & Returns:

There are NO returns on bicycles, food, or sale or closeout items.

If there is a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Ship returns via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). A return shipping label can be obtained for damaged or incorrect merchandise by contacting us via email. Merchandise returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or higher. Labor fees and outbound shipping are not refundable. Special order items such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
